At DR22, we start by assessing your strengths and weaknesses in the fundamentals. Next, we create a customized and efficient strategy to fast-track your training. This includes special exercises and drills targeting muscle groups and skills specific to your sport.

Pre- and post-performance assessments provide additional insight into your strengths and limitations. The goal is to build on your strengths and overcome your limitations.
